Our charter vessels come fully equipped with all essential domestic inventory, safety and navigational equipment as well as a dinghy and outboard.
In addition, all our weekly charter rates ( on vessels 32 ft and above )include:

Full bedding : duvets, pillows, linen and towels (sleeping bags upon request)

Basic essentials for the galley and head to get you started viz: salt & papper, garbage bags, paper towel, aluminium foil & toilet paper as well as some basic cleaning essentials

Starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar and creamer

Wet weather gear

Use of our courtesy vehicle for provisioning or last minute shopping

A transfer from the Nanaimo Airport, seaplanes and ferry terminals to our base.

The
Nanaimo Yacht Charter's Guarantee:
We back up our commitment to our maintenance standard with this Guarantee. If during a sailing day (8am to 5pm) your yacht is out of commission for more than 5 hours after notifying the base, we will refund the lost charter time. Some conditons apply call for details

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If for some reason you need to cancel your booking with us, we will make every effort to refund the full amount of your charter fee. However if we are unable to do so the following will apply:

60 days or more before departure date: refund of deposit
-
60-30 days before departure: full refund of charter fee less 10%
-
* less than 30 days before departure: if we are unable to resell the same boat for the same period the rain check policy will apply.
Rain check Policy guarantees that all our clients have the opportunity to rebook their charter at a later date should they be unable to fulfill their dates booked.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
* We strongly suggest that all of our guests consider the purchase of travel insurance for protection against cancellation penalties and many other unforeseeable circumstances such as an emergency medical evacuation. For more information follow this link
