Nanaimo Yacht Charters & Sailing School is a fast growing; vibrant business located at the head of the Gulf Islands. Our offices are at Stones Marina in Nanaimo ideally located to ferry and air transport links.

The business has three divisions:
- This division is extremely busy with third party work as many boat owners haul their vessel at Stones Marina, so that we can undertake the repair, rebuild and maintain their boats and their equipment. This division has a top rate large heated workshop fully fitted for all marine technical repairs and maintenance. The majority of our clients are referrals as we have an excellent reputation for an outstanding level of service.
- Fast growing charter fleet with top rate service that attracts families from all over Canada, USA and Europe who select our cruising ground year after year for their sailing vacations. One of our hundreds of charter guest summed up our service saying “We appreciate the high level of professionalism you bring to the business, from the initial arrangements to the preparation of the boat and review of the region we would be sailing in - your people did a good job of both alerting us to local navigational concerns, and sharing their enthusiasm for the many wonderful places we would be visiting.”
- The school has a state of the art classroom and offers evening, weekends and live-aboard sailing courses. Nanaimo Yacht Charters & Sailing School instructors are noted for their unparalleled communication skills, patience and ability to connect on a personal level with every student. Instructors are experienced sailors with thousands of ocean miles under their sailing harness!. Best of all, their love, and enjoyment of sharing their sailing knowledge with others are unrivaled. The school is registered with both International Sail & Association and CYA and is well known for the excellent standard of instruction and distinguishing it by the elements of fun and exhilaration that are created.
