Galiano Island - Montague Harbour

Montague Harbour is one of the largests and best protected anchorages in the Gulf Islands.  On the east side of the bay is a small marina for those wishing to avoid dropping anchor. At the top of the hill is a wonderful restaurant with great food and magnificent sea views - the restaurant offers a free shuttle service from the marina to the restaurant in the summer months.  First thing in the morning, you may be woken with the delightful aroma of freshly baked bread.  So for a real treat, visit the old tug anchored in the centre of the bay to purchase some buns and bread for your breakfast.
