** This is to certify that I, the Charterer (Skipper), am experienced and
competent in all aspects of handling and operating the yacht selected,
including practical knowledge of seamanship, piloting, and the Rules of the
Road. I agree not to allow the yacht to be operated by any other person not
equally qualified, nor to operate the yacht between the hours of sunset and
sunrise or during fog. I agree that final acceptance of my competency will
be made by the above named charter company during check out, and if the
company representative deems a skipper or instructions are necessary, I will
engage these services at my own expense.
